Luck 55 Terms and Conditions

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the Luck 55 platform at luck55.onl (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Luck 55.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the Luck 55 Platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during the registration process.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended Luck 55 account.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.

Luck 55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. This may include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or other acceptable government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

By registering, you warrant that all information you have provided is accurate and you agree to keep your account details up to date. If any of your personal details change, you are responsible for updating them through your account settings.

03 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Luck 55 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person, and you must not allow any other person to use your account.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact Luck 55 support immediately via live chat or platform messaging. Luck 55 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Do not access your account from shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.
• Enable any two-step verification options available within your account settings.
• Never share your account details with anyone, including friends or family members.

Luck 55 will never ask you for your password via chat, email or any other channel. Any communication requesting your password is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.

04 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the Luck 55 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet deposits processed in real time
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet deposits processed in real time
• Raast – instant bank-to-bank transfers via the national payment system
• Bank Transfer – standard interbank transfers to the Luck 55 designated account
• Debit/Credit Cards – Visa and Mastercard where supported by your issuing bank
• Mobile Wallets – other supported mobile wallet providers as listed in your account dashboard

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method. Deposits are credited to your Luck 55 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. Luck 55 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All funds deposited into your Luck 55 account must come from payment sources registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods belonging to another person are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your Luck 55 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to your chosen method.
• Any active bonus funds with incomplete wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until those requirements are met.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• In some cases, Luck 55 may request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal request.

Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers. Exact processing timeframes are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account. Luck 55 processes withdrawal requests in the order they are received, subject to verification requirements.

Luck 55 reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per rolling period. These limits are displayed within your account dashboard. VIP tier players may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits as part of their tier benefits.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Luck 55 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage or not at all. Contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and their associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Some promotions carry a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated while playing with a bonus. This cap is stated in the promotion details.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time, unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse: Luck 55 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if we determine that a player has exploited, abused or manipulated any promotion. This includes using multiple accounts or coordinated play to benefit from the same offer.

Luck 55 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of any change will not be adversely affected mid-promotion.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and gaming activity on the Luck 55 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement unless the Platform specifically offers a cash-out or bet-edit feature for the relevant market.
• Luck 55 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a system fault.
• In-play betting markets are subject to suspension at any time at Luck 55's discretion, particularly during key moments in a match such as wickets, goals or video review decisions in cricket and football.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. Luck 55 may apply individual account-level limits at its discretion.
• All cricket, PSL, T20 international and football betting markets are governed by the specific sport rules published in the Sports Betting section of the Platform.
• Where a match is abandoned, postponed or not completed within the specified timeframe, settlement rules for each market type are applied as per the sport-specific rules.

For slot games and other casino games, the Return to Player (RTP) percentage and game rules are governed by the respective game provider's certified specifications. Luck 55 does not alter game mechanics or RTP settings applied by certified providers.

08 Live Casino Rules

The Luck 55 live casino operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with tables powered by certified providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi. The following rules apply specifically to live casino play:

• All bets placed at a live casino table are binding once the dealer has confirmed the betting round is closed. No bet changes are accepted after this point.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the game outcome will be determined by the game server result. Luck 55 is not responsible for losses caused by the player's own connectivity issues.
• Live casino game results are generated by certified live dealers and physical game equipment. Results are final.
• Players must conduct themselves respectfully in live chat features associated with live casino tables. Abusive, threatening or inappropriate chat is grounds for removal from the table and potential account action.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Luck 55 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential legal action where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or misconfigured markets for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void.
• Opening more than one Luck 55 account, whether under your own name or using a different identity.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using the Platform to launder money.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age or any other personal information at any stage of account use.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server or other tool to mask your true location in a manner that violates Platform access policies.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's systems or infrastructure.

10 Responsible Gaming

Luck 55 is committed to providing a safe and responsible entertainment experience for all players. Gaming should be an enjoyable activity and should never be used as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available within your account settings at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your account.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

Luck 55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which an account may be suspended or closed include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct.
• A chargeback or payment dispute initiated against Luck 55 by the account holder.
• Account inactivity for an extended period as defined in the Platform's dormancy policy.
• At the player's own request via account settings or by contacting support.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of the standard verification process.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the Luck 55 Platform — including but not limited to the Luck 55 name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, icons, software and code — is the intellectual property of Luck 55 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written permission.

Game content provided by third-party providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is displayed on Luck 55 under licence. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in that content beyond the right to use the Platform as a registered player for personal entertainment.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Luck 55 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Losses caused by interruptions, downtime or technical errors that are outside Luck 55's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics or promotional content.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Game outcomes or betting results, which are determined by certified game mechanics and are not within Luck 55's control once a bet or game round is initiated.

Luck 55's total liability to you in connection with any single incident or claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited in connection with that specific transaction or event.

14 Privacy

Luck 55 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how your data is collected, stored and used.

15 Amendments to These Terms

Luck 55 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
